WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Domestic: Neo Joe ships from Queensland with usual delivery times being 2-7 business days, depending on your location. Postage to some states and territories may take longer.

International: deliveries will take between 3-21 days depending on your location. New Zealand delivery is usually 5-7 working days.

Please note: Neo Joe is not responsible for any customs charges or restrictions that apply in your country. The purchaser is responsible for all additional local or international charges and fees incurred, including any customs clearance charges.



HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

In Australia, shipping will be a flat rate cost of $9.99 AUD or FREE for orders over $49 AUD. Neo Joe also ships worldwide for a low flat rate fee of $30 AUD.

 

UNCLAIMED AND REFUSED PARCELS

We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of the incorrect/insufficient address provided during checkout or because of refusal to pay import taxes.

 

LOST PARCELS

Please note that upon shipment a tracking number will be provided to you and we accept no responsibility for your shipment after that time.  In the event that your parcel goes missing, it will be your responsibility to contact Australia Post.
